AO锁骨钩钢板与克氏针固定法在骨科创伤中的效果比较研究

Comparative Study on the Effect of AO Clavicular Hook Plate and Kirschner Wire Fixation in Orthopedic Trauma

目的:比较AO锁骨钩钢板与克氏针固定法应用于骨科创伤治疗的效果。方法:选择2014年1月~2016年9月期间某院骨科收治的48例肩锁关节脱位患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各24例,对照组采用克氏针固定法治疗,观察组采用AO锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗,观察两组患者术后临床疗效和并发症情况。结果:观察组总有效率(91.67%,22/24)显著高于对照组(70.83%,17/24),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(20.83%,5/24)显著低于对照组(37.50%,9/24),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩锁关节脱位治疗中AO锁骨钩钢板治疗效果较好,优于克氏针固定法,有助于患侧功能改善,并减少并发症风险,临床应用安全可靠。

Objective：To compare the effect of AO clavicular hook plate and Kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of orthopedic trauma.Methods：48 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation were selected from January 2014 to September 2016,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group（n=24）.The patients in the control group were treated with Kirschner wire fixation.The observation group was treated with AO clavicular hook plate internal fixation,and the clinical curative effect and complication were observed.Results：The total effective rate（91.67% ,22/24）in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（70.83% ,17/24）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications（20.83% ,5/24）in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（37.50% ,9/24）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of AO clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation is better than that of Kirschner wire fixation,which is helpful to improve the ipsilateral function and reduce the risk of complications.The clinical application is safe and reliable.
