阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Atorvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:阿托伐他汀合用曲美他嗪治疗冠心病对患者心电图变化影响。方法:随机选择2014年12月~2016年9月在某院接受治疗的冠心病患者62例参与研究,随机平均分成对照组(曲美他嗪)和观察组(阿托伐他汀+曲美他嗪),比较两组心电图显示心功能情况及血脂和疗效。结果:两组治疗后,心功能方面:观察组LVEDD、LVESD、LVPW指标明显低于对照组,且LVS、LVEF高于对照组,P<0.05;血脂方面:观察组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C血脂指标优于对照组,P<0.05;疗效方面:对照组临床治疗总有效率为79.59%,显著低于观察组的95.92%,P<0.05。结论:阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪结合治疗冠心病对改善患者心功能具有积极意义,值得推广。

Objective：To study the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on the changes of ECG in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods：Sixty-two patients with coronary heart disease who underwent treatment from December 2014 to September 2014 were randomly divided into two groups：control group（trimetazidine）and observation group（atorvastatin＋Trimetazidine）,then compare effects of the two groups.The ECG showed cardiac function and blood lipids and efficacy were compared.Results：After treatment,cardiac function：LVEDD,LVESD and LVPW were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and LVS and LVEF were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 79.59% in the control group,which was significantly lower than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of atorvastatin and trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease is of great significance to improve the cardiac function of patients.
