摘要
目的:探讨分析岗前培训对助产士的影响。方法:选取2015年2月~2016年2月在某院实习和新上岗的20名助产士,通过对其实施科学有效的岗前培训教学方法,强化培训助产士。结果:助产士经岗前培训后,理论知识评分(91.78±2.32)分、操作技能评分(90.32±2.87)分较培训前明显提高(P<0.05),取得母婴保健资格证书19名,合格率95.00%,14名助产士成为科室技术骨干。结论:经岗前强化培训教学后,提高了新助产士理论知识水平和实践操作能力,培养其良好的心理承受能力、高尚的道德品德及创新意识,使其达到母婴保健技术服务所需的要求,为今后临床工作奠定坚实的基础。
Objective:To probe into and analyze the influence of pre-job training of midwives.Methods:20 midwives who were practiced and newly employed in a hospital from February,2015 to February,2016 were selected and given strengthened training through the implementation of training scientific and effective teaching methods.Results:After the training,the theoretical knowledge score was(91.78±2.32)points and the operation skill score was(90.32±2.87)points,both of which were improved statistically significant(P〈0.05).19 cases obtained maternal and child health care qualification certificate,the pass rate was 95% ,and 14 midwives became the backbone of the Department of technology.Conclusion:The pre-job training courses not only improves the theoretical knowledge but also practical ability to cultivate their good psychological capacity,high moral character and innovative consciousness for new midwives.So it can meet the requirements of maternal and infant health care technology services and lay a solid foundation for future clinical work.
