摘要
目的:探究临床护理路径在肿瘤放疗患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:从某院2013年5月~2014年5月期间收治的肿瘤放疗患者中选择70例作为研究对象,使用双盲法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例患者。观察组临床护理使用临床护理路径,对照组给予基础护理,观察对比两组生活质量和健康教育认知能力情况。结果:观察组患者生活质量、健康教育认知能力均高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肿瘤放疗患者健康教育中采取临床护理路径能够帮助患者健康教育效果的提高,同时促进患者生活质量取得明显的改善,在临床中值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathways in health education of tumor radiotherapy patients.Methods:70 patients with tumor radiotherapy were selected from May 2013 to May 2014,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=35).The clinical nursing pathways were used in the observation group,and the control group was given basic nursing care.The quality of life and the cognitive ability of health education were observed and compared.Results:The quality of life and health education of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:It is worthy to be further popularized and applied in clinical practice to improve the quality of patients' health education and to improve the quality of life of patients with radiation therapy.
