综合康复护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响分析

The Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Pulmonary Function in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:讨论老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病综合康复护理的效果,以便临床工作的更好开展。方法:选择某社区医院2015年9月~2016年8月接收并进行治疗的62例患者作为本次相关研究的对象,将其根据综合干预治疗和常规治疗的方式分为治疗组和对照组,对两组患者治疗前和治疗1年后的的肺功能变化及COPD急性发作次数进行对比分析。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组与对照组肺功能情况差异显著,治疗组肺功能明显好于对照组,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组COPD急性发作次数差异明显,治疗组为(0.62±0.88)次,对照组为(1.87±1.23)次,治疗组显著少于对照组,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Objective：To discuss the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease so as to improve the clinical work.Methods：62 patients who received and treated in a community hospital from September 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the study subjects,who were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the comprehensive intervention treatment and conventional treatment.Then compare and analyze the changes of pulmonary function and the times of acute attack of COPD before treatment and one year after treatment in the two groups.Results：After treatment,the treatment group and the control group have significant difference in lung function.The lung function o the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.The acute attack times of the two groups were significantly different,the treatment group was（0.62±0.88）times,the control group was（1.87±1.23）times,the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group.The two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has obvious curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
