摘要
目的:研究急诊护理中开展健康教育的效果。方法:在某院急诊科于2014年5月~2016年5月间收治的患者中随机抽取出86例为研究对象,将其随机分入到观察组和对照组中,对照组患者给予常规的急诊护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用个体化健康教育,对比分析两组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度、健康认知水平。结果:观察组患者的治疗依从性为97.67%,高于对照组的83.72%,P<0.05;观察组患者的护理满意度评分和健康认知水平评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在急诊护理工作中开展个体化健康教育有助于提高治疗依从性,能确保抢救活动的顺利开展,促使患者主动规避诱因,早期康复,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study the effect of health education in emergency nursing.Methods:A total of 86 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.86 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were given routine emergency care,the observation group received individualized health education based on the treatment for the control group.Then compare and analyse the treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,and health awareness of the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance of the observation group was 97.67% ,which was higher than that of the control group(83.72% ,P〈0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction and health cognition were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Individualized health education in emergency nursing work can help to improve the treatment compliance,ensure the smooth development of rescue activities,and promote the patients to take the initiative to avoid incentives,and early rehabilitation,worthy of popularization and application.
