高校志愿者组织能力建设探究——以华中科技大学为例

Investigation on Construction of Volunteer Organization Ability in Universities——a Case Study in Huazhong University of Science and Technology

以华中科技大学为例,通过对华中科技大学现有志愿者组织的现状调研、分析,找出影响志愿者组织能力建设的重要因素,进而探讨加强高校志愿者组织能力建设的途径,改善志愿者组织现状,为高校志愿者组织提供方法借鉴。

In this paper,taking Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example,we have found the important factors affecting construction of the volunteer organization ability based on the survey and analysis for the current situations of the volunteer organizations of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.Moreover,we have discussed the strategy to strength the construction of volunteer organization ability,and improve the current status of the volunteer organization,which will provide useful information and route to volunteer organization in universities.
