芜湖市大学生智能手机成瘾现状及影响因素分析

An Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of the Addiction of Smartphone in Wuhu City

目的:了解芜湖市大学生智能手机成瘾现状及影响因素,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,在芜湖市5所高校共抽取1 647名在校学生,应用大学生智能手机成瘾量表(SAS-C)进行问卷调查。结果:大学生智能手机成瘾率为9.7%,智能手机成瘾倾向为22.0%;不同性别、学历、月生活费、性格、与宿舍同学关系的大学生智能手机成瘾得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析,性别、学历、月生活费、性格、每天使用手机的时间是大学生智能手机成瘾的影响因素。结论:芜湖市部分大学生智能手机成瘾问题,有必要对产生智能手机成瘾的学生进行心理疏导和行为矫正,大学生应减少使用手机上网的时间。

Objective：To understand the status and influencing factors of the development of smartphone addiction of college students in Wuhu city,and to provide scientific basis for the development of targeted interventions.Methods：A total of 1 647 students were enrolled in five colleges and universities in Wuhu city by using stratified cluster sampling method.The questionnaire was collected by SAS-C.Results：The smartphone addiction rate of college students was 9.7%,and the trend of addiction to smartphone was 22.0%.There were significant differences in the score of different genders,education,monthly living expenses,personality and dormitory student＇s（P0.01）;Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,education,monthly living expenses,character,the time of mobile Internet access every day were the influencing factors of smartphone addiction of college students.Conclusion：Some college students have the problem of smart phone addiction in Wuhu City.Therefore,it is necessary to provide psychological counseling and behavior correction for students with smart phone addiction.Besides,college students should reduce the time of mobile Internet access.
