摘要
创业机会的识别是制约个体走向创业的重要因素。以新创企业雇员为研究对象,从个人——机会视角,分析雇员机会识别能力、风险容忍度与创业倾向的作用机制,并对205个样本的问卷调查数据进行实证研究。结果发现:雇员机会识别能力能显著正向影响创业倾向,同时,风险容忍度也能显著正向调节机会识别能力与创业倾向的关系。
The recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities is an important factor restricting the individual to entrepreneurship.lt explores the mechanism of employees'opportunity recognition abi l i ty,r isk tolerance and entrepreneurial intent ion from the perspective of in d iv id u a l- opportunity.Through the empirical analysis of 205 sample survey data,the results show that employees'opportunity recognition ability can significantly positively affect entrepreneurial tendencies.At the same time,risk tolerance can also significantly adjust the relationship of opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial intention.
