摘要
本文以西门子PLC作为下位机,组态王(kingview 6.53)作为上位机设计塑料管扩口机的控制系统,完成塑料管的扩口与定型。自动调节包括流量和温度的调节控制。利用组态王建立现场监控画面,从而实现对生产现场的监控以及温度曲线的实时观察的功能。
In this paper, SIEMENS PLC is used as the lower computer, and Kingview （Kingview 6. 53） is used as the upper computer to design the control system of the plastic pipe expanding machine, and the expansion and shaping of the plastic pipe are finished. Automatic regulation includes flow and temperature control. Using the configuration king to set up the scene monitoring screen, so as to realize the monitoring of the production site and the real-time observation of the temperature curve.
