摘要 在工程实际中,双闭环直流调速是一种实用的调速方式,它相比单闭环直流调速系统在抗扰等方面有很多的优势。工程设计方法是实践应用中常用的双闭环调速系统的设计方法。文章采用工程设计方法对某双闭环直流调速系统进行了设计,并采用Simulink对系统进行了仿真。提出了转速反馈通路断线故障的一种仿真方法并对这一故障进行了理论分析。 In the engineering practice,double closed loop DC speed control is an applied method to control the speed,with plenty of advantages especially in the nature of resisting the disturbance than the single closed loop speed control.In addition,the engineering designing method is also a common way for the design of the system.In this paper,we adopt the engineering designing method to design the speed control system and made adequate simulation of our design by Simulink to make sure that our design is perfect.Finally we put forward a way for simulating the turnoff of the speed feed-back and deliver an academic analysis of the fault basing on the engineering designing method.
