摘要
本文针对现代工装设计过程中出现的问题,有效提高工装数据管理的有效性,本文就设计了基于Team center/NX的工装快速设计系统。首先实现工装系统模型设计的介绍,研究数据存储、管理及交互的集成功能介绍。之后对工装系统的设计进行了全面的介绍,包括辅助设计、变形设计等。最后全面分析工装设计的效率。通过研究表示,本文所设计的工装快速设计系统比传统的工装设计系统的效率有进一步的提高。
In view of the problems occurring in the modern tooling design process,and effectively improve the effectiveness of tooling data management,this paper designed a rapid tooling design system based on Team center/NX.First of all,the implementation of tooling system model design is introduced,and the integration function of data storage,management and interaction is introduced.After that,the design of the tooling system is introduced,including auxiliary design,deformation design and so on.Finally,the overall efficiency of tooling design is analyzed The research indicates that the efficiency of the rapid tooling design system in this paper is better than that of the traditional tooling design system.
