摘要
研究五线制S700K型转辙机电路的基本原理,分析启动电路、控制电路、表示电路所涉及到的设备图元以及图元的类型和图元之间的坐标关系,并建立数据库存储图元的数据信息,读取数据库中各个图元的基本信息,画出五线制转辙机电路的静态电子图纸。设计搜索算法,接收联锁机的驱动命令,根据1DQJ励磁电路,2DQJ转极电路以及DBJ和FBJ电路中继电器的励磁条件和三者之间的联锁关系,从每张图的电源正端开始搜索动态回路,结果动态实现了五线制道岔控制电路的动作回路和表示回路的动作过程。
This paper studies the basic principle of switch circuit of S700K,analyzes the equipment graph,graph type and the coordinate relations between graphs involved in the starting circuit,control circuit and indication circuit,and establishes a database to store graph data information,read the basic information in the database and draw static electronic drawings of the five-wire switch circuit.Search algorithm is designed and the interlocking machine drive command is received to start search of dynamic loop from the positive power end of each drawing based on the circuit relay excitation conditions and the interlocking relationship between 1 DQJ excitation circuit,2 DQJ turn circuit and DBJ and FBJ circuits,with which the actions of action loop and indication loop of the five wire switch control circuit are fulfilled.
