现行推免制度对西北地区高校研究生生源与学科发展的影响——基于西北某省的数据分析 被引量:14

摘要 通过分析推免制度改革前后西北某省6所重点高校推免生数量与研究生生源质量变化,探讨研究生生源质量对西北地区高校学科发展的影响,认为现行推免制度加剧了西北地区优秀推免生的外流和研究生生源质量的下降,将影响西北地区高等学校优势学科专业培养的连续性,动摇学科发展的人才基础,削弱科研团队的创新和发展能力。为此,建议改革现行推免制度,适度增加西北地区推免生名额,设置推免生校内留用比例,并增加对西北地区高校优势学科的支持力度,以促进西北地区高校"双一流"建设。 This paper analyzes the quality changes of the postgraduates in relation with the numbers of the postgraduates recommended without entrance examination in the six key universities in a northwest province before and after the reform on the recommendation system,and explores the impact of the quality of the postgraduate source on the discipline development of the higher-learning institutions in northwest China.After the study,the author believed that the present recommendation system deteriorates the situation in which more recommended outstanding students go to other part of China and the postgraduate quality declines.The author further concludes that this situation will affect the sustainability of the northwest universities in cultivating postgraduates in some preponderant disciplines,undermine the talent foundation for discipline development,and impair the innovation and development ability of research teams.Therefore,in order to promote the'double first-rate'construction in Northwest China,the author proposes to reform the current recommendation system,properly increase the quota of recommended postgraduates to northwest universities,set up aproportion for the northwest universities to have their own recommended postgraduates,and increase support to the preponderant disciplines in northwest universities.
