摘要
以美国学者兰吉尔德(Langeard)和贝特森(Bateson)等人提出的服务产品模型为依据,对保障和提升MBA教育服务质量的相关策略问题进行探讨,以期能为MBA培养机构保障和提升服务质量提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the service product model proposed by American scholars Langeard and Bateson et al,this paper attempts to discuss strategies on guaranteeing and enhancing the MBA education service quality,with the purpose to give experience and reference to MBA educational institutions for ensuring and improving service quality.
