略论文化景观与我国名城保护

Protect Historic Urban Heritage in the Framework of Historic Urban Landscape(HUL)

将文化景观置于近一个世纪以来的国际文化遗产保护观念发展变化的大背景之下考察,指出文化景观是遗产保护观念扩展的产物,作为一种"遗产观",它是认识和研究文化遗产的新的视角。同时,梳理了文化景观的重要类型——城市历史景观产生和发展的国际动态与趋势,指出城市历史景观在"方法论"层面的意义。结合我国城市遗产保护的现状,展望了未来城市历史景观的研究与实践。

Through examining the conception developments of cultural heritage protection during the last one hundred years, this article argues that cultural landscape is the outcome of the evolution of heritage preservation, and that cultural landscape provides a new perspective of cultural heritage study. In the meantime, this article attempts to summarize the new trends of Historic Urban Landscape （HUL） in the world and to make a point that HUL can play an important role in the practice of heritage protection. Through a discussion of the situation of historic cities in China, the author suggests that HUL should be studied and practiced more in the future.
