高等农林院校人文社科发展回顾——基于2000—2016年国家社科基金项目等的统计分析

高等院校是人文社科发展的重要支柱和平台,而农林院校担负着培养和发展相关学科高级专门人才的任务,其人文社科发展能使学校更好地适应市场经济条件下的人才需求以及地方经济和生产力的发展。因此,调查农林院校人文社科发展概况有着重要的现实意义。文章基于三类基金资助项目数据,分析农林院校的立项项目总量和学科分布情况,探明农林院校人文社科发展的研究实力和学科优势。数据表明农林院校人文社科发展存在项目、学科发展不均衡的现象,各校应重视科研人才培养,促进校际交流合作,厘清发展机制瓶颈,推动人文社科向纵深发展。

Colleges and universities are an important platform to support the studies of humanities and social sciences,and in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,who are responsible for the cultivation and development of high-level talents in various fields,the humanities and social sciences educations are to facilitate the talents training to meed the demand of market economy and local economic development: hence the importance of surveys on the disciplinary development of humanities and social sciences in those universities. This paper analyzed the amount of the National Social Science Fund Projects granted to those universities,their disciplinary distributions,and based on those data,examined the research calibre of humanities and social sciences in agricultural and forestry universities. We fond that there is imbalance between projects and disciplinary developments among those universities,and we suggested that the level of social science researches should be promoted by taking measures like paying a scholastic visit to other universities to enhance the research talent development.
