摘要
茶鲜叶分级机是茶叶初制过程中重要的机械设备之一,通过分析茶鲜叶分级技术原理及现有分级机的优点和不足,创新设计了等直径滚筒式茶鲜叶分级机,其结构简单、工作参数可调,适用于各个种类和等级茶鲜叶的分级。通过对分级机筒体和倾角调节机构的设计,获得优化焊接工艺,保证了焊接质量和外观,同时减少调修量、提高焊接效率,使得焊接的分级机达到了预期的性能要求。
The fresh tea leaf screener is one of the important primary processing equipment for tea production. Based on the analysis of screening technology principles and pros and cons of current screening eq u ipmen t,a novel e q u a l-d iame te r roller screener was designed and developed with a simpler s tru c tu re ,adjustable working parameters and b etter adaptability for different tea varieties and grades. Optimal welding process was made based on the improved structure design of screener roller and its angle inclination to achieve high quality and good appearance for the structure with less adjustment and re p a ir, and high welding efficiency. Expected working performance of the screener was achieved through the welding process.
