糖尿病患者口腔覆盖义齿修复的临床治疗效果观察

Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Oral Overdenture Repair in Diabetic Patients

目的研究在糖尿病患者治疗中采取口腔覆盖义齿修复的临床疗效。方法通过计算机表法将该院2013年11月—2016年11月期间收治的42例糖尿病患者随机分为两组,为参照组(n=21例)与实验组(n=21)例,将开展常规口腔修复患者作为参照组,将开展附着体覆盖义齿修复患者作为实验组,分析对比两组糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组糖尿病患者不良反应发生率4.76%低于参照组,临床满意度100.00%高于参照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将附着体覆盖义齿修复应用在糖尿病患者治疗中疗效显著,对于改善患者日后生存质量十分重要。

Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of oral overdenture repair in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 42 patients with diabetes from November 2013 to November 2016 admitted in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the computer table method： the control group（n=21） and the experimental group（n=21）, the patients in the control group were treated with routine oral repair, and the experimental group was treated with the overdenture repair, and then the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients with diabetes were analyzed. Results In the experimental group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.76%, which was lower than the control group, and the clinical satisfaction degree was 100.00%, higher than the control group. The data between the groups were different, with statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of oral overdenture repair in diabetic patients is remarkable, which is important to improve the survival quality of patients with diabetes mellitus.
