复方黄芪汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Compound Huangqi Decoction

目的探讨复方黄芪汤对糖尿病肾病患者的影响。方法选取2013年1月—2016年12月收治的糖尿病肾病患者100例随机分组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方黄芪汤治疗。检测两组治疗前后血清Scr、BUN、ALB、TP、HB水平的变化。结果治疗后两组的血清Scr、BUN、HB水平均较治疗前明显改善,观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医复方黄芪汤可明显改善患者的肾功能,临床疗效显著。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of compound Huangqi decoction on diabetic nephropathy.Methods 100 cases of diabetic nephropathy treated in this hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was treated with compound Huangqi decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes of serum Scr, BUN, ALB, TP and HB levels were detected before and after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment, serum Scr, BUN and HB levels were significantly improved after treatment of two groups, the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The compound Huangqi decoction can obviously improve the renal function of the patients, and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
