国外海洋社会学研究述评——兼与中国的比较

A Review of Foreign Ocean Sociology——A Comparison with that of China

作为独立创建和具有鲜明中国特色的社会学分支学科,中国海洋社会学发展至今已有十余年历史,在理论建构、经验研究与政策应用等领域已获得长足的发展。但国外海洋社会学的学术发展历史及其研究成果却未引起国内学者重视,中外海洋社会学界之间的学术交流也相对较少。通过对EBSCO、ResearchGate、Academia等外文数据库进行检索,发现国外学者对海洋社会学已进行了数十年的研究,所涉及的国家包括波兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、德国等,也积累了一定的研究成果;与中国相比,国外海洋社会学在学科英文译名、主要研究对象、所涉研究主题、研究关注重点和学术话语权等方面存在差异。他山之石,可以攻玉。中国海洋社会学应积极吸收国外的优秀成果、加强国际间的交流与合作,从而推动该学科的深入发展。

As an independent branch of sociology with distinctive Chinese features,Chinese ocean sociology has been developing over ten years and has achieved a lot in such fields as theory construction,empirical study and policy application,etc.However,the academic development and achievements of foreign ocean sociology have not attracted enough attention in China,and the academic exchange between Chinese and foreign ocean sociology is not too much.Through searching foreign language databases EBSCO,ResearchGate and Academia,it can be found that foreign scholars have been studying ocean sociology for decades involving Poland,Canada,Austria,Germany and so on,and has accumulated some research achievements.There are differences in subject translation,major research subjects,research topics,research focus and discourse power between home and abroad.By absorbing the outstanding achievements from abroad and enhancing the mutual communication,Chinese ocean sociology can promote the further development in this discipline.
