维生素C对高温环境下笼养育成蛋鸭生长性能和生化指标的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验选用10周龄金定鸭母鸭180只,研究在高温环境下(29~35℃)日粮中分别添加0(对照组)、300(处理Ⅰ组)、500(处理Ⅱ组)、900(处理Ⅲ组)、1500 mg/kg(处理Ⅳ组)维生素C(VC)对笼养育成蛋鸭(10~16周龄)生长性能和生化指标的影响。结果表明:处理Ⅱ组12~14周龄和16周龄的采食量均明显高于其他组(P<0.05),试验期间只均采食量比对照组高12.40%。处理Ⅱ组12~13周龄和16周龄体重均明显高于其他组(P<0.05),试验期间只均增重比对照组高78.33%。总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白及乳酸脱氢酶活性在各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),处理Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的谷丙转氨酶活性和谷草转氨酶活性分别比对照组显著降低32.09%、33.23%和34.90%、34.65%(P<0.05),处理Ⅱ组的脾脏指数显著高于其他组(P<0.05),且处理Ⅱ组的卵巢重量指数、输卵管重量指数和输卵管长度指数分别比对照组高1251.09%、214.31%、58.91%(P<0.01),也明显高于处理Ⅰ和处理Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。结果提示,日粮中添加500 mg/kg的维生素C可明显改善笼养育成蛋鸭的生长性能,保护肝脏功能,促进免疫器官和生殖器官的生长发育。 The study was conducted to determine the effects of added different vitamin C (VC) levels including 0 (control group),300 (group I ),500 (group II ),900 (group ),1500 mg/ kg( group )respectively to the diet on growth performance and biochemical indexes of laying ducks.A total of 180 Jinding laying ducks of rearing period(10 - 16 weeks old) in cages on high temperature environment (29 -35 )were selected.The results showed that the feed intakes at week 12 -14 and 16 of group II were higher than other groups (P 〈 0.05) , the average feed intake in the whole experi-ment period was 12.40% higher than control group.The body weight at week 12 -13 and 16 of group II were higher than other groups (P 〈 0.05), the average weight gain in the whole experiment period was 78.33% higher than control group. There were no significant differences among the five groups about total protein (TP), albumin(A LB ) , globulin (GLB) con-centrations and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) activity (P 〉 0.05); the glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase (GOT) activities of group I and group H were 32.09%,33.23%and34.90%,34.65% lower than control group(P 〈 0.05) the spleen indexes of group Hwere significantly higher than other groups (P 〈 0.05) ; the ovary weight index,oviduct weight index and oviduct length index of group H were 1251.09%,214.31%,58.91% higher than control group(P 〈 0.01), and higher than group I and group (P 〈 0.01).It was concluded that the addition of 500 mg/kgof VC could obviously improve the growth performance of the laying ducks in reared cages, protect the function of liver, promote the growth and development of immune organs and reproductive organs.
