摘要 分别对不同掺量Sasobit改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能及抗疲劳性能进行试验研究,并与基质沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料的相关性能指标进行对比分析,重点探讨在降低拌和与击实温度的情况下,Sasobit改性剂对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,并分析了Sasobit的节能减排效果.结果表明,Sasobit可以显著提高沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能、水稳定性及耐疲劳性能,但对低温抗裂性能有一定的负面影响;此外,Sasobit可有效降低沥青混合料的拌和及施工温度,减少施工过程中废气和粉尘的排放,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益. Performances,such as high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and anti-fatigue performance have been studied on modified asphalt mixture with different dosage of Sasobit. By using contrast testof SBS modified asphalt mixture in the case of reduction of mixing and compaction temperature,the suitability andsuperiority of Sasobit as asphalt modifier were explored. The results show that Sasobit can effectively improve the hightemperature rutting resistance,water stability,and fatigue resistance,but has a slight negative effect on temperaturecrack resistance of asphalt mixture. Sasobit can effectively decrease the mixing and construction temperature and reducethe emissions of waste gas and dust in the process of construction. It has good economic and environmental benefits.
