摘要
以特级矾土和一级矾土熟料为主要原料,以铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,同时加入氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉、钢纤维,合理地设计试验方案,适当地制备和处理试样,研究了骨料组成对浇注料性能(气孔率、体积密度、烧成线变化、抗折强度、抗压强度及抗热震性)的影响.结果表明,合理的骨料组成会显著提高耐火浇注料的性能.在考虑生产成本的情况下,当颗粒级配相同时,使用成本较低的一级矾土逐渐代替高成本原料是切实可行的.
We take the experimental work of bauxite and bauxite clinker as the main raw material to calcium aluminatecement as a binder,while add the alumina powder,silica powder and steel fiber to design the test program and theappropriate preparation,and study the effects of aggregate composition on the properties of castables(porosity,bulkdensity,sintering line variation,flexural strength,compressive strength and thermal shock resistance). The experimentalresults show that the reasonable aggregate composition can significantly improve the performance of refractorycastables. In the case of production costs,it is practicable to use the costly primary bauxes to replace the high costfeedstocks when the particle gradation is the same.
