摘要
高校实践教学是学生职业能力获得的原途径之一。目前旅游管理本科实践教学存在着重理论轻实践、实践教学考核流于形式、实践师资缺乏、实践基地建设滞后等问题。旅游管理职业能力的特殊性,要求其实践教学体系的构建必须综合旅游管理职业能力的要求,从理念、教师、学生、二级学院、学校、社会、企业等多方面展开。
Practical training is one of the ways for college students to acquire professional competence. The training system for tourism students in their four-year degree program is now faced with problems such as inade- quate attention to practice and excess emphasis on theories, incomplete evaluation system, lack of trainers, and backward training base construction, etc. The peculiarities of the professional competence for tourism man- agement require that its practical training system combines different aspects of tourism management competence from the perspectives of teaching philosophies, teachers, students, departments, colleges and businesses.
