摘要 蛋白质的磷酸化修饰是生命体内一种重要的且普遍存在的蛋白质翻译后修饰方式之一,蛋白质的磷酸化和去磷酸化是一种动态的生物调节过程,在生命过程中起着重要的作用。论文介绍了蛋白质磷酸化修饰的研究进展及其在寄生虫领域中的应用,并对其研究前景进行了展望。 Protein phosphorylation is one of the most important and widespread post-translational modifications in many cellular processes. Some key regulatory functions such as phospho-signalling cascades are regulated via protein phosphorylation/dephosphorylation in a complex and dynamic manner. The research progresses of protein phosphorylation and its applications in parasitology were reviewed,and the prospect of this study was also discussed in this paper.
