摘要
为贯彻落实"北京市中长期动物疫病防治规划(2013—2020)",依据"2016年北京市动物疫病监测与流行病学调查计划",采集北京16个区犬血清892份,猫血清835份,进行弓形虫抗体血清学调查。经IHA检测发现,犬弓形虫抗体阳性率2.24%,猫弓形虫抗体阳性率1.92%,不同区县以及不同场户类型的犬猫弓形虫感染率存在差异。
In order to implement the" The program of long-term animal disease prevention and control in Beijing (2013-2020)", according to the "The plan of animal disease surveillance and epidemiology investiga- tion in Beijing,2016" ,892 dog serum samples and 835 cat serum samples were collected from 16 districts of Beijing for serological investigation of Toxoplasma gondii infection. The positive rate of Toxoplasma gon- dii antibody detected by IHA in dogs was 2.24% and in cats was 1.92%. The positive rates of To.zoplas- ma gondii antibody in dogs and cats were different in different districts and in different types of house- holds.
