护理干预配合中医疗法对早期先兆流产的疗效分析

The effect of nursing intervention and traditional Chinese medicine on early threatened abortion

目的分析优质护理联合敷脐疗法及温肾养血汤的保胎疗效。方法选取早期先兆流产患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例,均接受优质护理服务,观察组在此基础上服用温肾养血安胎汤,辅助敷脐疗法治疗。比较治疗效果、并发症发生、疼痛及情绪改善等情况。结果观察组总体效果优于对照组,治疗有效率更高,并发症的发生几率更小,疼痛改善和焦虑情绪缓解的幅度更大,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加用温肾养血汤和敷脐疗法能够明显增强治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,减轻患者的疼痛,改善患者的不良情绪;临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the efficacy of quality nursing combined with umbilical therapy and Wenshen Yangxue decoction on early threatened abortion. Methods A total of 90 patients with early threatened abortion were randomly divided into control group （n 45） and observation group （n=45）. All patients were treated with quality nursing service. On the basis of this, the observation group received Wenshen Nourishing and Anshen Decoction plus umbilical therapy. The efficacy, complications, pain and mood improvement were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had better efficacy, fewer complications, and relieved pain and anxiety （all P 〈 0.05）. Oonclusion The combination of Wenshen Yangxue Decoction and umbilical therapy can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications, relieve the pain of patients, and improve patient＇s negative emotions.
