护理风险管理在预防与控制手术部位感染中的作用

Nursing risk management in the prevention and control of surgical site infection

目的探讨护理风险管理在预防与控制手术部位感染(SSI)中的作用。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月在本院接受治疗的60例手术患者进行研究,将所有患者随机分为实验组以及对照组,每组30例,对照组予以常规护理,实验组予以护理风险管理,实验结束后,对两组患者手术部位感染率进行比较分析。结果实验组患者手术部位感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论做好护理风险管理可有效预防以及控制手术部位感染发生率,加强护理风险管理还可查找导致手术部位感染的危险因素并给予干预措施,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the role of nursing risk management in the prevention and control of surgical site infection （SSI）. Methods A total of 60 surgical patients treated during March 2016 and March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30）. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received nursing risk management. After the experiment, the infection rate in the two groups was analyzed. Results The infection rate was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusions Nursing risk management is effective in preventing and controlling the incidence of SSI. It can also be used to identify risk factors of SSI and provide interventions. This method is worthy of clinical popularization.
