摘要 沉默信息调节因子2相关酶类1(silent information regulator 2homolog 1,SIRT1)是Sirtuins家族成员之一,属于Ⅲ类组蛋白去乙酰化酶,可对组蛋白和非组蛋白发挥去乙酰化作用。近年来关于SIRT1在骨关节炎中的研究日益增多,尤其是SIRT1对骨关节炎软骨细胞的保护作用倍受关注。本文对SIRT1的生物学特点及其通过抗氧化应激、抗凋亡、抗炎以及调控软骨细胞的分化等途径发挥对软骨细胞的保护作用进行综述,旨在为骨关节疾病的防治提供新的思路。 A member of the conserved sirtuins family, silent information regulator 2 homolog 1 (SIRT1) is a type of III deacetylase, which has been shown to deacetylate histones and non-histones. In recent years, the number of studies on SIRT1 has been constantly increasing, especially the protective effects on chondrocytes. This article reviews the research progress in the biological features of SIRT1, and its protective effects on chondrocytes by the resistance of oxidative stress, apoptosis, inflammatory response, and the regulation of differentiation of chondrocytes, in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of osteoarticular diseases.
