摘要
介绍了中原石化MTO工业化示范装置自投产以来运行的基本情况,分析了装置运行过程中存在大量低温余热回收利用不充分的问题。阐述了利用增温型吸收式溴化锂机组回收MTO装置低温余热的工作原理,结合该技术投用的具体情况,列举了系统投用过程中出现的问题及解决方法,并对系统投用后的设备运行情况、工艺技术和经济指标作了说明。
This paper introduces the basic operating conditions of MTO industrial demonstration unit at SINOPEC Zhongyuan Petrochemical Corp. Ltd. since its startup,analyzes the problem of insufficient recycling of massive low temperature waste heat in operation, explains the working principle of recycling low temperature waste heat in MTO unit with temperature-increasing absorption-type lithium bromide units,lists the problems emerged and the corresponding solutions based on the actual conditions after this technology is applied, and discusses the operation of equipment,the process technology and the economic indicators after the system is put into use.
