This paper discusses the position and role of ethylene rectification tower in the process flow of ethylene plant and its relationship with relevant equipment,and introduces in detail the piping design of ethylene rectification tower. In preliminary piping design, the installation height, nozzle orientation and ladder platform design of ethylene rectification tower are mainly analyzed.In detailed piping design,the design of main pipelines on tower and pipe support are analyzed.
