摘要
热效率是裂解炉运行的重要参数和节能降耗的重要指标。阐述了四川石化乙烯裂解炉提高热效率的有效措施,包括降低对流段末端物料入口温度、控制过剩空气系数、使用派罗块(Pyro Bloc)衬里降低炉体热损失、使用高声强中频声波除灰器和加强对烧嘴的维护等。通过采用以上措施,能够保持各裂解炉较高的热效率,并在加强管理措施下逐步提高。2016年第三季度裂解炉的平均热效率由2015年第二季度的93.77%升至94.42%。采用派罗块衬里的气相炉热效率最高达到95.36%。
The thermal efficiency of ethylene cracking furnace is one of the important operation parameters of cracking furnace and important indexes of energy conservation and consumption reduction.This paper introduces the effective measures for improving the thermal efficiency of ethylene cracking furnaces at Petro China Sichuan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,including decreasing the inlet temperature of feed at the end of convection section,controlling the excess air coefficient,using Pyro-Bloc lining to reduce the thermal loss of furnace,using high acoustic intensity intermediate frequency sound wave soot blower and strengthening the maintenance ofburners. With these measures,high thermal efficiency of cracking furnaces can be maintained and gradually improved by strengthening the management measures. The average thermal efficiency of cracking furnace rose to 94. 42% in the third quarter of 2016 from93. 77% in the second quarter of 2015. The thermal efficiency of gas cracking furnace with Pyro-Bloc lining is up to 95. 36%.
