差异化建设电网评估指标体系研究

因差异化建设电网规划思路和方法不同,构建的差异化建设电网存在差异。本文基于SMART准则提出了一套适合评估规划的差异化建设电网的指标体系,对构建的差异化建设电网进行决策评估,并利用熵权TOPSIS对规划的汕尾差异化建设电网进行评估,验证了指标的全面性、合理性。

Because of ideas and methods of differential planning grid are different, construction of differential planning has many schemes. This paper puts forward a set of suitable evaluation index system based on SMART criterion, to evaluate the evaluation for the construction of the differentiation of the construction of power grid, and by using entropy TOPSIS to evaluate Shanwei Power Grid planning of differentiation construction, this paper verified comprehensive, rationality of index.
