社会养老保险对城镇居民消费的影响——基于山西省数据的实证研究

The Influence of Social Endowment Insurance on Urban Residents Consumption:Empirical Study Based on the Data of Shanxi Province

作为社会保障体系的重要组成部分,完善的社会养老保险制度会对居民消费水平和层次提升产生潜移默化的影响。立足于山西省具体数据、建立计量模型分析社会养老保险支出与城镇居民消费之间联系的实证研究显示:社会养老保险基金支出对公众开支具有明显的正效应,在一定程度上可以促进消费增长;基于此,应进一步调整养老金支出水平和结构,提升山西省城镇居民的消费层次,促进山西经济更快更好发展。

As an important part of the social security system,the perfect social endowment insurance system will have a latent influence on the level of consumption. Based on the concrete data in Shanxi Province,the paper establishes the relation between the expenditure of social endowment insurance and the consumption of urban residents. The empirical results show that the expenditure of the social endowment insurance fund has obvious positive effect on public expenditure,which can greatly promote consumption. So the level and structure of pension expenditures should be further adjusted to raise the consumption of the urban residents and promote the development of economy in Shanxi Province.
