摘要
选择2013-2015年深市中小板的581家上市公司作为研究样本,研究技术创新对企业绩效影响,并研究企业成长性、员工受教育程度对技术创新与企业绩效关系的调节效应。研究表明:技术创新、企业成长性、员工受教育程度对企业绩效都存在正向影响,且技术创新对企业绩效的影响存在着滞后效应,即滞后二期的影响大于滞后一期的影响;企业成长性正向调节技术创新与企业绩效的关系,员工受教育程度对技术创新与企业绩效不存在调节作用。中小企业应加强与研发机构和高校等的合作,提高人员技术创新的效率,注重企业自身的成长性;扩大中小企业融资渠道,增加企业技术创新投入,政府可以通过设立中小企业创新研发基金,减免创新产出的税费等措施,提高中小企业的绩效。
The paper is to study the influence of technological innovation on enterprise performance,used yearly reports of SMEs which were listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2015,and tested the moderating effects of enterprise Growth,employee education on the relationship between technological innovation and enterprise performance by regression analysis. The result showed that: technological innovation,enterprise growth,employee education have positive effect on firm performance,and the impact of technological innovation on enterprise performance lags behind,the lag effect of two period of more than one period lag effect; enterprise growth has negative moderating effect on the relationship; employee education has no moderating effect. SMEs should strengthen the cooperation with research institutions and universities,improve the efficiency of personnel of technology innovation,focus on enterprise growth; expand the financing channels,increase the enterprise technological innovation investment. The government can set up a fund innovative research and development of SMEs,a new output tax relief and other measures to improve the performance of SMEs.
