摘要高合金钢材料广泛应用于航天航空、石油、化工、电力、冶金等行业,主要有高铬钢、高铬镍钢和高镍铬钢三类。我们生产制造上述这些材料的铸件时容易产生裂纹缺陷。特别是对于泵阀类承压铸件,裂纹缺陷更是致命性的。根据最近三年的生产统计显示,我们由于裂纹缺陷导致的铸件报废量占所有废品总量的40%以上,直接经济损失达数十万元。本文主要针对我们经常生产的两种材料ZG15Cr12和CD4MCu铸件裂纹产生的原因以及防止措施进行探究。
High alloy steel materials are widely used in aerospace, petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy and other industries, mainly high chromium steel, high chromium nickel steel and high nickel chrome steel three categories. When we manufacture the castings of these materials, we are prone to crack defects. Especially for the valve type pressure castings, crack defects are fatal. According to the production statistics of the last three years, we have caused more than 40% of the total scrap waste due to crack defects, and the direct economic loss is several hundred thousand dollars. In this paper, we mainly study the causes of the cracks in ZG15Crl2 and CD4MCu castings, and the prevention measures.
