摘要
针对某公司中厚板厂生产Q370qE正火桥梁用钢板出现的一些性能不合问题,通过资料的收集和生产数据分析,对其微合金化强韧化机制、轧制工艺、正火工艺作出优化并试制。形成适合中厚板厂生产的成分、工艺,有效的提高性能合格率。
Aiming at the problem of some undesirable properties during plate factory production of Q370qE bridge steel plate normalizing, make optimization for the micro alloy strengthening and toughening mechanism, rolling, normalizing process, and to trial by the analysis of the collected data and production data. The formation of suitable plate plant production of the composition, process effectively improve the performance of the pass rate.
