摘要
对2种工艺(铁水预处理-AOD-LF-CCM)及(EAF-AOD-LF-CCM)条件下生产的304不锈钢中包中全氧含量、夹杂物的形貌与组成、夹杂物的粒度分布及数量进行了分析。试验结果表明:2种工艺下生产的304不锈钢均具有较好的钢水纯净度,铁水预处理-AOD-LF-CCM工艺生产的304中包中全氧含量为33.4×10-6,EAF-AOD-LFCCM工艺生产的304中包中全氧含量为35×10-6;2种工艺下生产的304不锈钢中包中夹杂物类型都为Ca O-Si O2-Al2O3-Mg O,夹杂物尺寸都小于20μm。
The total oxygen, the morphology and composition of inclusions, the particle size distribution and number of inclusions for 304 stainless steel produced by two different processes (iron pretreatment--AOD-LF-CCM and EAF-AOD-LF-CCM) were analyzed. The results show that the 304 stainless steel by two kinds of processes have higher level of purity. The average total oxygen in the tundish under iron pretreatment-AOD-LF-CCM process is 33.4×10^-6. The average total oxygen in the tundish under EAF-AOD-LF-CCM process is 35.0×10^-6.The type of inclusion in the tundish is CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO and the size of inclusion is less than 20μm under the two kinds of processes,
