摘要
本文通过对化工脱硫系统主体设备制造技术的研究,以指导某公司拟建的150万吨煤炭分质及煤焦油加氢精制综合利用项目中脱硫塔、再生塔及备件的制造和安装。此化工脱硫系统主要设备主体材料是复合钢板Q245R/S30408,钢板厚度从8~20mm,基体为Q245R,复合层为S30408,复合层厚度2mm;所有主体结构制作完成后,复合钢板复合层需进行酸洗钝化的防腐处理。
Based on the research of main equipment manufacturing technology for chemical desulfurization system, manufacturing and installation guidance of desulfurization tower, regeneration tower and spare parts were given to build a comprehensive utilization project of 1.5 million tons coal and coal tar hydrogenation. The furization system is the compound plate matrix is Q245R and composite layer is main material for main equipment of the chemical desul- Q245R/S30408. The thickness of plate is 8 - 20mm and S30408 with thickness 2mm. After completion of all the main structure, the composite layer of compound plate must be treated by pickling passivation.
