苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压的效果及对血管功能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 原发性高血压属于中老年人比较常见的多发性疾病,且以轻中度居多。轻中度高血压若不能及时确诊与治疗,极易发展为重度高血压。苯磺酸氨氯地平属于高血压常用药物,有一定的降压效果,在改善血管功能上也有不错效果,但其不良反应较多。本研究探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压的效果及其对血管功能的影响,现报告如下。
