2015年周口市中心城区托幼机构及中小学校传染病管理工作状况调查

Survey on the present situation of infectious diseases management in the nursery institutions,primary and secondary schools in the central urban area of Zhoukou city,2015

目的了解周口市中心城区托幼机构及中小学校传染病管理工作状况,为加强学校传染病管理工作提供依据。方法依据有关法律法规要求设计调查表,对周口市中心城区248所托幼机构和中小学校传染病管理工作情况进行调查。结果 248所托幼机构和中小学校中95.97%建有完善的传染病管理组织体系;晨检及因病缺勤登记追踪制度落实率为93.55%;99.19%的学校建有保健室或卫生室(医务室),卫生保健人员具有职业资格的占43.95%;托幼机构和中小学校卫生保健员配备数量达标率分别为77.63%和87.79%;100.00%的学校设置流水洗手设施;64.92%的学校教室建有气窗。结论周口市中心城区托幼机构和中小学校传染病管理工作总体较好,但在卫生保健机构设置及人员配备等方面与国家有关要求还有一定差距。

Objective To understand the present situation of infectious diseases management in the nursery institutions,primary and secondary schools in the central urban area of Zhoukou city,so as to provide the basis for strengthening school infectious diseases management. Methods A questionnaire was designed according to relevant laws and regulations to conduct a survey on infectious diseases management in 248 nursery institutions,primary and secondary schools in the central urban area of Zhoukou city. Results In 248 nursery institutions,primary and secondary schools in the central urban area of Zhoukou city,95.97% had a perfect infectious disease management network.The rate was 93.55% in morning check and tracking to absenteeism due to illness.99.19% had a health room or clinic.43.95% health care workers had vocational qualifications.The rate of health care staffing reaching the standard was 77.63% and 87.79% respectively in nursery institutions and primary and secondary schools.100% institution had hand-washing facilities with running water.And 64.92% schools had special ventilator windows in classrooms and dormitories. Conclusion The overall conditions of infectious diseases prevention and control are good in the nursery institutions,primary and secondary schools in Zhoukou central urban area,but there is a gap in the setting and staffing of healthcare institutions required by the state.
