老龄化背景下我国养老服务业发展的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of Pension Service Industry in China under the Background of Aging

人口老龄化是社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物。纵观世界发达国家老龄化历程和应对实践,可获得不少启示。结合现阶段我国老龄化的现状及基本特点,从应对老龄化的关键环节——战略、资金、体系、人才四个方面了解我国养老服务业发展存在的主要问题,在对策建议上应侧重建立政府主导、社会各方面力量共同参与的多元化、多层次养老服务体系,以加快我国养老服务业的健康持续发展。

Aging of population is the inevitable product of social and economic development to a certain stage.Taking an overview of the aging process and coping practice in developed countries in the world,many inspirations can be obtained.Combining with the current situation and basic characteristics of aging in present stage in China,we should,from the key link of coping with aging——strategy,funds,systems,talents,to understand the main problems existing in the development of China＇s pension service industry;while on countermeasures and suggestions,we should focus on building diversified and multi-level pension service system of government leading and all sectors of society participating in,so as to accelerating the healthy and sustainable development of China＇s pension service industry.
