2014～2017年山东省某儿童医院麻疹疑似病例血清学检测

Serological detection of suspected measles cases in a children's hospital,Shandong province,2014-2017

目的了解山东省某儿童医院麻疹疑似病例的血清学检测情况,为麻疹的监测与预防提供依据。方法分析2014年6月至2017年5月山东省某儿童医院就诊麻疹疑似病例2 122份血标本的检测结果。结果 2 122例麻疹疑似患儿血清学检测阳性率为38.17%(810例)。男童阳性率为67.31%(527/783),女童为21.14%(283/1 339)(P<0.01)。2015年冬季和2016年春季共检出麻疹血清学阳性587例,占3年阳性总数的72.47%。810例阳性患者中,<1岁检出麻疹IgM抗体阳性521例,占阳性标本总数的64.32%。初诊科室为感染性疾病科患者占47.16%(382例)。结论2014年6月至2017年5月山东省某儿童医院麻疹疑似病例血清学检测显示,男童和<1岁年龄阳性率高。

Objective To understand serological detection of suspected measles cases in a children＇s hospital of Shandong province,so as to provide basis for monitoring and prevention of measles. Methods During June 2014-May 2017,detection results of 2 122 serum samples of suspected measles cases were collected and analyzed. Results Among 2 122 serum specimens,the total positive rate of serological detection of suspected measles cases was 38.17%（810/2 122）.The positive antibody rate in boys was 67.31%（527/783）,significantly higher than that of 21.14%（283/1 339）in female children（P〈0.01）.The peak seasons were found in winter of 2015 and spring of 2016,with 587 IgM antibody positive cases（72.47% of the total 810 positive specimens）.Of 810 positive cases,521（64.32%）were found in 1year old group and 382（47.16%）first visited infectious disease department in the hospital. Conclusion During June 2014-May2017,the majority of measles IgM antibody positive cases are found in the male children group and the under 1year old group.
