现代学徒制在职业院校电子商务专业中的实践探索——以山东省潍坊商业学校为例

Practice and Exploration of Modern Apprenticeship in E-commerce Major of Vocational College——Setting Wei fang Business School of Shandong Province for an Example

现代学徒制在职业院校电子商务专业中具有良好的运用价值。本着"两方合作,三方共赢"的合作目标,建立电子商务专业现代学徒制下的校企合作机制,明确双方权利与义务,并建立有效的学徒评价机制。这一模式在实践中取得了明显效果,但也在国家职业标准、第三方评价等方面存在不足。

Modern apprenticeship is of application value in E-commerce major of vocational college.In line with cooperation goals of＂two party cooperation,win-win situation between the three parties＂,we have built school enterprise cooperation mechanism under the modern apprenticeship in E-commerce major,defining rights and obligations of both parties and establishing effective apprenticeship evaluation mechanism.This model has achieved obvious results in practice,but there are also shortcomings in the national professional standards and the third party evaluation.
