摘要
目的评价ImageJ应用于胃溃疡模型图像量化分析的适用性。方法基于经典的乙醇性胃溃疡和应激性胃溃疡模型,以质子泵抑制剂左旋泮托拉唑钠治疗干预,比较ImageJ图像分析法和传统分级计分法用于实验性溃疡研究的适用性和科学性。结果 ImageJ图像分析法经过定标、二值化、去背景、阈值设定、数据分析等图像处理过程,能实现溃疡积分面积、溃疡所占比例的快速读取。相较传统方法,该方法处理过程可控,具有较好的可重复性和可追溯性,能客观、准确地反映病变程度。结论 ImageJ程序平台适用于实验性胃溃疡图像数据的量化分析,溃疡面积和溃疡占比作为量化评价病变程度的指标更为科学。
Objective To evaluate the applicability of ImageJ software in quantitative image analysis of gastric ulcer disease model. Methods The alcohol-induced gastric ulcer and stress-induced gastric ulcer models were established by treatment with (S)-pantoprazole sodium. The applicability and scientificity of ImageJ quantitative analysis was compared with traditional grading method in experimental ulcer models. Results The ulcer area and proportion could be read quickly by the processing procedures including calibration, binaryzation, background removal, threshold settings and data analysis. Compared with the traditional grading method, ImageJ analysis possessed the advantages of controllable process, good repeatability and traceability, and could reflect the degree of pathological changes objectively and accurately. Conclusion ImageJ program is a suitable tool for quantitative image analysis of experimental gastric ulcer. The ulcer area and proportion are more scientific to quantify the severity of the disease.
