蛹虫草子实体中虫草素积累的条件优化 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究提取方法、光照强度、温度及处理时间等单因素对虫草素含量积累的影响,以及光温条件对虫草子实体中4种活性成分累积的影响。方法用高效液相色谱法检测,在单因素实验条件的基础上,进行了三因素三水平正交试验,优化最利于虫草素积累的条件。结果其最优条件分别为为光照强度4000 lx,温度25℃,处理9 d。结论综合光温条件对虫草子实体中4种活性成分累积的影响,最适合蛹虫草子实体培养的光照强度2000~3000 lx,温度20~25℃。 Objective To explore the effects of extraction method, light intensity, temperature and treatment time on the accumulation of cordycepin, and the effects of light and temperature on the accumulation of four active constituents in sporocarp of Cordyceps militaris. Methods Based on single factor experimental conditions, a L9(33) orthogonal test was designed to optimize the condition under which the accumulation of cordycepin was the highest. HPLC was adopted to determine the level of cordycepin. Results The optimal condition for the accumulation of cordycepin were light intensity of 4000 Ix, temperature of 25℃ and treatment time of 9 days. Conclusion Referring to the effects of light and temperature on the accumulation of four active constituents in Cordyceps militaris, the most suitable culturing condition for Cordyceps militaris can be light intensity of 2000-3000 lx and temperature of 20-25℃.
