摘要 抗缪勒氏管激素(anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)因其检测不受月经周期及激素避孕药的影响,近年广泛应用于卵巢储备功能的评价、绝经年龄的预测、卵巢相关疾病的诊断、儿童性别发育异常的诊断及辅助生殖技术(ART)。AMH检测技术的发展日新月异,从最早的免疫细胞化学分析及放射免疫分析技术(RIA),再到酶联免疫吸附测定技术(ELISA),目前已经发展到全自动AMH检测技术。本文主要从AMH检测技术的发展及不同阶段技术的比较、优缺点等方面予以综述。 The most appealing advantage of assay of anti-Mullein hormone (AMH) is that its level has been shown to be stable under various influences such as the menstrual cycle and hormonal contraception, which is convenient for clinical application. Measurement of AMH is widely used in the prediction of ovarian reserve, menopausal age, diagnosis of ovarian diseases, child sexual development abnormality diagnosis and assisted reproductive technology (ART). The assay of AMH is changing rapidly from the earliest immunocytochemistry and radioimmunoassay (RIA) to enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), which has been developed to automatic AMH assay. In this article, the development of AMH assay techniques and their comparison, advantages and disadvantages are summarized.
