黑龙江省低碳农业发展的综合评价分析 被引量:1

摘要 运用层次分析法建立了黑龙江省低碳农业发展综合评价指标体系,使用YAAHP软件构建层次结构模型和判断矩阵,进行一致性检验,赋予合理权重,构建评价模型。根据对黑龙江省和全国低碳农业在2005-2014年各指标数据计算,将综合评价和分类评价结果与全国发展指标进行对比,研究结果表明黑龙江省低碳农业发展的进程总体呈上升趋势,波动明显。由其分类指标评价可知,社会发展和经济发展占主导作用,应提高社会和经济发展水平,同时,继续加大创新技术的发展力度,积极改善生态环境,使创新技术和生态环境稳步发展,进而使黑龙江省低碳农业的发展得以真正进步。 The AHP method was used to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system of low-carbon agriculture development in Heilongjiang province. The hierarchical model and judgment matrix were constructed by using YAAHP software. Consistency test was carried out to give reasonable weight and construct the evaluation model. According to the data of Heilongjiang province and the national low-carbon agriculture in 2005-2004, the comprehensive evaluation and classification evaluation results are compared with the national development indicators. The results show that the development of low-carbon agricuhure in Heilongjiang province is on the rise and fluctuates obviously. Based on the evaluation of its classification index, we can see that social development and economic development play a leading role, which should be improved. At the same time, innovative technology should be developed continuously, and the ecological environment improved actively, so that innovative technology and ecological environment will be developed steadily. As a resuh, the development of low-carbon agriculture in Heilongjiang province can be really improved.
