民营中小企业筹资方式的选择——以A建筑安装有限公司为例

选择合理的筹资方式,让各种筹资的资金以及资金配比保持合理的比例,既是提高企业经营成效以及核心竞争力的必要条件,也是企业财务战略管理的核心内容。当前,我国民营中小型企业在企业筹资方面面临着筹资方式单一、筹资面较窄、筹资资金较少等问题。以A建筑安装有限公司为例,因其受自身限制,对筹资管理的意识不强及筹资结构不合理,影响了企业的发展。企业应结合自身状况选择出适合企业发展的筹资方式,企业可以考虑改为股份制有限公司,并考虑上市,或者通过多种筹资方式进行筹资,而且企业要优化筹资结构,这样既能够降低风险也可以筹集到更多的资金,以促进企业的发展。

Enterprises should take their own situation into consideration to choose a suitable way for the development of enterprise financing, including transforming to be a shareholding limited company, listing in stock market, or to raise funds through a variety of financing methods. At the same time, enterprises should optimize the financing structure, which can reduce the risk and also raise more funds for promoting the development.
